CraveRise operates this store and is responsible for all sales and customer service. Shopify provides only the technical platform and is not responsible for transactions.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice.

The final amount charged is the price displayed at checkout.

All discounts, promotions, or coupon codes (if applicable) are applied at checkout and reflected in the final payment amount.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address.

5. Delivery Completion & Proof of Delivery

An order is considered fully fulfilled once it is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

Proof of Delivery (POD), including tracking records, delivery photos, GPS data, or signature confirmation (if available), shall serve as final proof of successful delivery.

6. Refund & Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence, including order details, payment records, tracking information, Proof of Delivery, and customer communication.

If an order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, it shall be considered fully fulfilled and non-refundable.
