Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–12 business days
  • Other regions: 10–25 business days

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Responsibility

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, CraveRise no longer has control over the shipment.

Responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier at the time of dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics providers, or external factors.


Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered once the carrier marks it as “Delivered”.

Proof of Delivery (POD), including tracking updates, delivery photos, GPS data, or signature confirmation (if available), will be considered final proof of successful delivery.

Once delivered, the order is considered fully fulfilled.


Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed.

If a tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be found, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
