1. How long does it take to receive my parcel?

Generally, we require 1–3 business days for production/processing and 7–14 business days for delivery. If you are in a rush, please contact our customer service team at official@craverise.com to confirm the specific timeline for your location.

2. How can I request emergency/expedited shipping?

To request an emergency package, please email us at official@craverise.com. In your email, please include:

  • Your full delivery address

  • Product ID(s)

  • Your required delivery date We will evaluate your request and let you know if expedited shipping is possible.

3. Do you ship to my country?

We ship to almost all countries worldwide. If you find that your location is not listed or seems unavailable, please email us at official@craverise.com to check for custom delivery options.

4. Will I have to pay customs duties?

Most orders are sent via parcel post to minimize the likelihood of customs fees. However, if a package is selected for inspection by customs officers, local taxes may apply. We declare the lowest possible value to help you avoid high tariffs.

Note: If you choose cardboard packaging, there is a slightly higher chance of customs inspection. While your merchandise will remain in perfect condition, any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. What is the return policy?

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at official@craverise.com within 24 hours of payment.

  • Important: If your order is already in the production phase (after 24 hours), a cancellation will result in a refund of 50% of the product price plus 100% of the shipping costs.

7. How do I cancel an order?

  • Within 24 hours of payment: Email us at official@craverise.com. We will process a full refund within 48 hours.

  • Before shipment (After 24 hours): If the order has entered production but hasn't shipped, email official@craverise.com. We will refund 50% of the product price and all shipping costs.

  • After receipt: If you are not satisfied with your item after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

9. Is my financial information secure?

12. How do I use a coupon code?

Coupons cannot be combined with other offers and are generally valid for one-time use. Enter your code at checkout to apply the discount.

13. How can I track my order?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email. After your order ships, we will send a tracking number via email which you can use on our [Order Tracking Page].
