You can opt to have your package delivered to a Post Office branch near you. Place the end of the string at the top base of your penis, then wrap it down and around under your testicles until it meets again at the top, forming a complete loop.

Gently tie a loose knot and check the tightness: your little finger should just fit underneath with slight tension. If it slips in too easily, tighten the knot slightly; if you can’t fit it in or feel pain or numbness, loosen it.

Keep the loose knot in place and wait for 5 minutes (use a timer). During this time, watch for any discoloration, tingling, numbness, or swelling. If you notice any of these, immediately loosen the knot and adjust.

After 5 minutes (still in a relaxed state), try to urinate to ensure there are no issues.

When completely flaccid and comfortable, tighten the knot slightly so it stays in place but still feels relaxed. Set another 15-minute timer to let your body adapt.

Once the timer goes off and everything still feels comfortable, use a pen to mark the string where it meets the knot. Cut or untie the string at that mark and lay it flat along a ruler to measure the ring circumference (total loop length).

For accuracy, repeat this process at least two more times at different times of the day (morning, midday, and evening). Record all three measurements and calculate the average circumference.

Once you have the average ring circumference, you can use it to choose the correct ring size (usually based on internal circumference).

Here are some top tips when you select your rings:
